Dr. Kellie E. Barnes
Amanda, RDH
RaLena, RDA
Dr. Barnes was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She attended the University of Oklahoma for college and dental school. She began her career with the Indian Health Service at Cherokee Nation and relocated to NWA in 2008.
Dr. Barnes currently lives in Fayetteville with her husband and two beautiful kids. They have 3 pups and she truly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Amanda is one of our full-time hygienists. She graduated hygiene school at the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. We are so happy to have her sweet caring bedside manner, along with her great skills as a hygienist.
Amanda and her husband love traveling and spending family time with their son and adorable doodle!
RaLena is also our dental assistant with over 20 years of experience! You will love her sense of humor! She will always make sure you feel comfortable and will provide you with any information needed, regarding your visit. RaLena lives in Oklahoma with her sweet dog and husband.

Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator
Trina is our wonderful office manager with over 24 years of Dental experience. She is the one that makes sure our office runs smoothly. Trina can also assist Dr. Barnes if extra help is needed in the back. She is currently engaged with 2 hilarious children, 3 cats and the sweetest doodle!!
